Jorge and Lindsay Pascal

Casa Botanica is a Santa Fe–based design studio founded by husband-and-wife team Lindsay and Jorge Pascal. Since 2013, they have specialized in designing contemporary Mexican amate artwork that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Every collection begins as an original design created by the Pascals before being produced through a long-standing collaboration with a traditional artisan workshop in Mexico.

Lindsay Pascal holds a degree in Interior Design and has more than fifteen years of experience as an Interior Design Director for boutique hotels and luxury resorts in California. Her professional background influences the color palettes, composition, and aesthetic direction of Casa Botanica's collections.

Jorge Pascal was born and raised in northwestern Mexico, where he developed a deep appreciation for Mexican craftsmanship and cultural traditions. He oversees production, quality control, and collaboration with the artisan workshop while also managing the business, marketing, and customer relationships.

Together, Lindsay and Jorge have spent over thirteen years developing an elevated interpretation of traditional amate art while helping preserve one of Mexico's oldest artistic traditions through ethical artisan collaboration. Their original designs are protected by U.S. Copyright registrations.

Casa Botanica's work has been featured in Architectural Digest, the Netflix film The Life List, the Disney film Crater, and exhibited during Design Week Mexico and WantedDesign Manhattan. Their work is also exhibited regularly at the Santa Fe Farmers' Markets.

In addition to their amate collections, Casa Botanica designs and handcrafts custom hardwood floating frames in their Santa Fe studio, creating finished works that celebrate both traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design.
